Job Description
Job Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare quality, or behavioral health technology.
- 2+ years of project or program coordination experience, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Familiarity with NCQA standards, HEDIS measures, or payer quality reporting is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and workflow tracking systems; experience with Salesforce or EMRs is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Data-literate, proactive, and able to engage with multiple teams to support operational and clinical objectives.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, or a related field preferred.
- PMP training preferred.
