• Owns and solves some of the most difficult technical problems in the company • Plays a major role in helping Engineering meet commitments by proactively noticing gaps and jumping in where needed • Improves reliability, performance, and delivery speed in visible, measurable ways Helps others get things done • Helps establish a culture of learning by mentoring engineers • Makes other engineers more effective through clear patterns, reviews, and hands on collaboration • Is a go to partner for product and engineering leaders when work is complex or high risk • Brings deep experience across multiple technologies and applies that experience to Reveleer’s platform and products • Initiates and leads key cross cutting projects that move the architecture and codebase forward • Ensures technical decisions align with the company’s roadmap • Design, develop and evolve the core technical patterns that shape how Reveleer builds software • Write high quality code, prototypes, reference implementations, and reusable components • Provide hands on technical guidance through pair programming, design reviews, and code reviews as needed • Lead design for distributed systems, cloud native patterns, API development, and multi-tenant SaaS • Partner with data and AI teams to integrate applications with pipelines, analytics, and ML or LLM services • Identify performance bottlenecks, technical risks, and architectural gaps and drive pragmatic solutions • Work closely with product leadership to ensure the technical foundation accelerates roadmap delivery
