Job Description
• Develop and execute tailored business development strategies for your assigned service line.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with insureds, brokers, carriers, program administrators, and other key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to design holistic, client-specific solutions.
• Represent Davies at industry events, conferences, and panels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and business plans.
• Leverage and expand cross-sell opportunities across Davies’ full portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Proven success in business development, sales, or account management within TPA insurance
- Strong professional network and credibility to open doors and build trust with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both in-person and virtually
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth, innovation, and building new opportunities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams, managing competing priorities, and driving results
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and internal collaboration
- Energized by creating opportunities, not maintaining the status quo; motivated to shape the next chapter of Davies’ growth
