Job Requirements
- Technical systems owner
- 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles, with deep hands-on CRM experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and/or HubSpot architecture and configuration.
- Automation-minded
- Track record of designing and maintaining scalable, reliable automations across GTM tools.
- Comfortable with concepts like APIs, webhooks, and data sync patterns (you don’t need to write production code, but you understand how systems talk to each other).
- Data and quality focused
- Strong attention to data quality, reliability, and observability.
- Familiar with data modeling for GTM entities (accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, etc.).
- Collaborative partner
- Enjoys working with Sales, Marketing, FS, and Product to understand their needs and propose system solutions.
- Communicates technical constraints and trade-offs in practical terms.
- Nice to have:
- Salesforce Admin or related certifications.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Exposure to data warehouses and reverse ETL tools.
