The Role: The GenAI Solutions Specialist partners with our sales and delivery teams to qualify and scope projects, translating business objectives into technically feasible, implementable solutions using modern technologies platforms and Hyperscaler Cloud providers (Oracle, AWS, GCP, Azure). You will lead technical discovery sessions, architect GenAI-driven solutions, and demonstrate hands-on capability with GenAI tools, delivering compelling demos, Proof-of-concept, and build trusted-advisor relationships with prospects, customers and partner teams throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to gather business and technical requirements through workshops, white-board sessions, and RFP/RFI responses. Must Have Skills: Experience developing, customizing or integrating solutions using GenAI tools/concepts. e.g LangChain, vector DBs, custom LLM deployment, prompt engineering, fine tuning Managed Services Solutions in possibly (Oracle, ServiceNow, Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks) Experience designing and developing solution using GenAI tools/concepts and open sources Experience conducting technology maturity assessments with different stakeholders Exposure to at least one of the following verticals FinServ, Healthcare, Travel & Leisure Background in modern application architectures (microservices, serverless, event-driven) Nice to Have: Multi-cloud exposure Experience leading proof-of-concepts. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Working knowledge of Jira and other project plan tools Published blogs, whitepapers, or conference talks on cloud architecture topics Be able to support the different practices by extending and sharing knowledge Availability: Ability to travel 50% of the time.
