• Lead by example—architect and implement infrastructure solutions using Terraform and AWS best practices • Take ownership from external DevOps team, stabilizing operations and establishing internal team processes • Define project scope, break down complex initiatives, and guide contractors through execution • Evolve our IaC practices and ensure consistency across the growing infrastructure • Own AWS infrastructure security, compliance, and cost optimization • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation • Collaborate with engineering teams to support application needs and performance goals • Develop infrastructure roadmap to support scaling and new product requirements • Mentor contractors with varying skill levels, elevating team capabilities • Evolve and refine monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
