• Identifies and communicates workflow suggestions/concerns to maximize efficiency • Support department programs through effective planning and implementation of tasks • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR colleagues and employees • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments • Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of HR systems
