Job Description

• Lead the strategic evolution of the SmartCare™ EHR to support whole-person care across behavioral health and integrated physical health settings • Define the product vision while remaining hands-on with strategy execution, including requirements definition, use case documentation, workflow design, UI/UX review, and customer engagement • Collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and market partners to deliver innovative capabilities • Supervise up to ten employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws • Interviewing, hiring and training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a clinical, informatics, or a related field
  • Licensed clinical degree: MD/DO, NP (MSN/DNP), PA C (MSPAS), or RN (ADN/BSN)
  • 3+ years clinical experience delivering care in an ambulatory or inpatient setting (MD/DO, NP, PA, RN)
  • 5+ years product management experience designing workflows for physical healthcare environments
  • CSPO/PSPO, PMP/PMI-ACP, SAFe certification, or similar
  • Strong understanding of ambulatory workflows
  • Knowledge of care coordination, referral management, and operational/clinical reporting
  • Experience in or supporting FQHCs is a plus
  • Deep experience with EHR, Rx, and pharmacy systems as a clinician, product manager, or both
  • Demonstrated knowledge of product strategy, requirements, roadmapping, and iterative delivery
  • Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare regulatory landscape, including ONC, CMS, and DEA EPCS requirements
