• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions that optimize internal processes and ensure the efficiency of RD Station's operations. • Acting directly in support of Sales, Customer Success (CS), Marketing and Partners, you will develop systems, integrations and strategic automations that increase these teams' productivity and improve the experience for customers and partners. • Your primary responsibility will be to take a leading role in the evolution of RD Station's internal products and platforms. • Development and maintenance of scalable, high-performance services; • Implementation of automated tests to ensure quality and stability of applications; • Evolution and maintenance of system architecture, ensuring best practices and modularity; • Monitoring and optimization of system performance in production; • Active collaboration with other areas to ensure solutions aligned with business needs, with a focus on Sales, CS, Marketing and Partners operations.
