Job Description
• Supporting maintenance and repairs of The Mazor™ robotic guidance system
• Supporting maintenance and repairs of The O-arm™ surgical imaging system
• Analyzing and evaluating products and related performance
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions
• Installing, upgrading and removing products
• Maintaining effective customer communications and relations
• Providing onsite training of customer support personnel
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Medical device experience
- Biomed Experience
- Electrical or Mechanical equipment experience
- Electronics experience
