Job Requirements

5-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or analytical roles
Strong analytical foundation : financial modeling, market sizing, comfort wrangling large, messy datasets
Technical skills : Advanced Google Workspace (especially Sheets), SQL proficiency
Program management fundamentals : stakeholder management, deadline-driven execution, ability to keep complex initiatives on track
Communication skills : Deck building, translating data into strategy, collaborating across functions
Consulting or business background preferred (marketing experience not required)
MBA not required
