Circle (CRCL) is one of the leading and highest profile companies in blockchain technology. This demands an energetic, proactive candidate with a demonstrated strategic mindset, analytical capabilities, strength in time and project management, strong presentation skills, agility to succeed in a rapidly changing environment and credibility to confidentially engage with analysts, investors and senior management What you'll work on: Supporting the VP, Investor Relations & Capital Markets and the CFO in developing, maintaining and enhancing Circle's relationship with sell side analysts and buy side investors. Developing close cross-functional relationships with Communications, Strategy/Policy, Legal, Marketing, Product and other areas within Circle whose functions are directly or indirectly important to Circle's public positioning. Developing a deep understanding from analyst and investor engagement of market perceptions of Circle Maintaining and enhancing Circle's own valuation models. Developing strong company and sector expertise to understand strategic, operational and financial developments at Circle and the ongoing evolution in the blockchain/crypto environment. Contributing to the development of Circle's ongoing investment narrative and the preparation of quarterly earnings, conference presentations, management briefings and other relevant public company documents. Leading the ongoing development of investor relations internal reporting infrastructure Helping develop an AI strategy for Investor Relations Being prepared for any number of unexpected demands in the incredibly dynamic operating environment that Circle occupies. What you'll bring to Circle:

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong track record in strategy/financial analysis.
  • 5+ years of specific experience in investor relations or related areas (investment banking, sell side research, buy side portfolio management) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • High level understanding of financial statements and models including valuation models.
  • Demonstrated understanding of capital markets, particularly equities.
  • Experience and understanding of disclosure and other regulatory obligations of a public financial services company.
  • Articulate communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to think both tactically and strategically.
  • Experience working confidently with senior management.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

  • Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
