Church Marketing — Strategy & Execution
Own and execute the full marketing system that moves pastors from:
Lead → Free Holy Health Experience → Church Enrollment Conversation
Build and manage:
- Pastor-only landing pages
- Church education-first nurture sequences
- Overview video + 1-pager deployment
- Case study and testimonial rollout
- Automated follow-up flows
Partner with HubSpot team to:
- Maintain pipeline stage automation
- Track movement from lead → experience → adoption
- Build clear reporting dashboards
Optimize for:
- Higher conversion to adoption
- Reduced time spent on sales calls
- Warmer, qualified conversations for Joshua
Virtual Holy Health Summit — Strategy & Execution
Own the primary DTC conversion engine for launch end-to-end.
Build and manage:
Registration phase:
- Summit landing page
- Email signup flows
- Ambassador traffic routing
- Confirmation and reminder sequences
Pre-event nurture:
- Show-up rate optimization
- Speaker content rollout
- Engagement and anticipation campaigns
Live event conversion:
- Daily email campaigns
- Offer timing and cart sequencing
- Behavior-based messaging
Post-event monetization:
- Replay campaigns
- Urgency sequences
- Segmented follow-up
Brand Ambassador Campaigns — Execution & Infrastructure
Fully own the operational engine that allows ambassadors to drive measurable results.
Serve as the primary operator for:
- Ambassador campaign timelines
- Custom tracking links and attribution
- Traffic routing into the summit funnel
- Asset distribution (copy, links, launch moments)
Repurpose ambassador content into:
- Email marketing
- Landing pages
- Testimonial assets
You are not responsible for sourcing ambassadors — you are responsible for making their campaigns convert.
Email Marketing & CRM Execution
Own hands-on execution of:
- All nurture sequences
- Launch broadcast campaigns
- Segmentation and behavior-based automation
- List engagement and health
Launch & Campaign Execution
Own the marketing execution calendar for the April–May launch:
- Operate timelines
- Ensure asset readiness
- Sequence campaign deployment
- Align all channels to launch milestones
Ensure:
- Nothing is late
- Nothing is missing
- Nothing requires founder rescue
Social Media Strategy (Execution Support, Not Posting)
Own the Holy Health Instagram strategy, including:
- Content themes
- Posting cadence (minimum 3x/week)
- Messaging priorities
- Launch moments
Work closely with the Director of Marketing and her team to:
- Provide weekly content briefs
- Supply captions, hooks, CTAs, and talking points
- Ensure alignment with theology, tone, and brand standards
Review performance and recommend adjustments.
This role does not edit or post organic social content directly.
Collaboration & Reporting
Report directly to CEO of Holy Health
Collaborate with:
- Holy Health leadership
- Internal marketing team (social, design, video)
- HubSpot team
- External contractors (as needed)
Deliver concise weekly updates covering:
- What was executed
- What’s working
- What’s not
- Next-week priorities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and measurable results in customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Passion for health and wellness and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Faith alignment is preferred.
Benefits

- Contract / retainer structure with milestone-based performance incentives
- Post-May:
- Salary range: ~$60K–$70K base (experience-dependent)
