Job Description
Job Requirements
- Oversees multiple project plans, sets targets for milestones, and identifies and mitigates risk to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining alignment with client strategic objectives.
- Develop team self-sufficiency through cross-training and knowledge sharing, and mentor and delegate work to ensure staff development and build advisory, facilitation, and consultative skillsets.
- Manages knowledge transfer internally both up and down the team and cross-trains associates in various areas to support scalability of advisory services.
- Develop methodologies, processes, procedures, provides quality control to enhance the team's best practice methodology and library including process improvement, change enablement, and operational excellence approaches.
- Applies root cause analysis to assess and propose solutions or alternatives that are linked to client business needs and long-term organizational performance outcomes.
- Actively participates with opportunity leaders or regional teams in business development activities by providing subject leadership and credibility on sales pursuits.
- Oversees available capacity of consultants and works with others to maximize weekly production while balancing delivery, advisory work, and business development priorities.
