Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading or supporting complex systems integrations
- Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, finance, payroll, CRM, or operational platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and integration logic
- Experience operating in environments with ambiguity, limited structure, or rapid growth
- Proven ability to manage multiple integrations in parallel
- Strong change management and training orientation
- Comfort working cross-functionally with executives, operators, technical teams, and third-party vendors
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant advanced degree or certifications a plus
