• Support external clients by delivering cost-effective solutions through reporting, analytics, and database management • Complete all internal RCI reporting requirements and external client reporting needs • Conduct data analysis and perform financial reviews to identify opportunities for revenue cycle improvement • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve revenue cycle issues • Assist in the development and implementation of revenue cycle improvement initiatives • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and identify non-compliance areas • Coordinate with revenue cycle stakeholders to optimize revenue capture and improve operational efficiency • Perform revenue cycle month end close processes and reporting
