• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to BI analysts and account team resources • Establish best practices, standards, and repeatable processes for BI development and delivery • Provide training and enablement to account teams on BI platforms, tools, and analytics capabilities • Serve as a senior operations and sales team analytics partner to clients and account teams, managing key relationships and expectations • Advise clients on analytics strategies, including how to prioritize requests and align them with platform capabilities and long-term value • Provide clear verbal and written updates to management and stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes • Lead BI platform initiatives to enhance the delivery of insights across all clients • Liaise with BI platform and solutions teams to ensure dashboard design, prototyping, and development meet business and product requirements • Gather continuous feedback loop to enhance operational and sales focused dashboards
