Job Description

• Own and execute the North American sales strategy, driving new customer acquisition and expansion of existing utility and system operator accounts • Build and maintain senior relationships with, ISOs / RTOs, and regulatory stakeholders and Utilities • Lead sales cycles, including RFPs, pilots, evaluations, and contract negotiations, navigating procurement processes and align sales strategy with regulatory and budget approval timelines • Partner closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet North American grid planning requirements • Maintain deep knowledge of Long-term and regional transmission planning, Interconnection and resource adequacy planning and integrated systems planning processes. • Represent the company at North American industry conferences, working groups, and customer events • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting to executive leadership

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a strong focus on utilities, grid software, or power system technologies
  • Proven track record selling software solutions to - Utilities, ISOs / RTOs in the U.S. and Canada
  • Strong understanding of North American system operator and utility planning processes, including - Regional transmission planning, Interconnection studies, Reliability and long-term planning cycles
  • Experience navigating regulated markets, public procurement, and utility governance structures
  • Existing relationships with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, or grid planning stakeholders in North America
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
