• Provide support for FoundationCCC, External Client, and Chancellor’s Office conferences, events, and summits. • Facilitate event integration with the goals outlined in Vision 2030 and Guided Pathways. • Oversee and manage all technical components for in-person, virtual and hybrid events. • Manage all technology vendors throughout the event process. • Collaborate with the Conferences and Events Manager to lead the end-to-end RFP process specifically for audiovisual (AV) vendors and contractors. • Work closely with the Event Leads, Registration Leads, and the Communications team to create registration pages for events. • Provide technical consultation to clients and Conference and Events team, identifying their needs and presenting solutions that best fulfill their needs. • Manage AV and technology companies and contractors at conferences, events, and meetings. • Lead assigned client intake meetings with a focus on technical and AV requirements.
