• Collaborate with the Residential & Retail Support Director to identify, develop, and implement strategic plans for the achievement of individual and regional brand goals and objectives • Ensure internal cross-collaboration and utilization of Company resources to achieve shared objectives • Lead the achievement of Residential brand goals and objectives through effective processes, critical thinking, problem solving, and strategy implementation • Ensure data-driven post-analysis of achievements and opportunities for growth using KPIs/BI tools • Develop and utilize market expertise to lead the planning and execution of strategic and tactical plans for driving Residential brand growth and development • Develop and execute strategic plans for key and high-value customers, driving revenue growth and long-term relationship opportunities • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new growth opportunities and inform brand and sales strategies
