• Create a roadmap/plan for multiple related work efforts that roll up into a program-level plan to manage cross-functional teams and project dependencies, milestones, and deliverables. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Proactively perform risk management and identify issues across functions and interdependent efforts. • Effectively facilitate meetings with large audiences and/or broad/complex topics. • Confidently liaise with program stakeholders at varying levels of the organization, manage expectations, and provide program-level status via strategic dialog, presentations, and written communications. • Monitor project financials and recommend budget changes where necessary. • Provide oversight across multiple projects to identify and resolve conflicts, resource constraints, and clear the critical path.
