Job Description
• Write clear, engaging copy for:
• Brand and marketing campaigns
• Websites, email marketing, social media, and paid media
• Print materials, direct mail, handouts, and long-form franchise content
• Adapt messaging for different audiences (guests, homeowners, franchise partners) and formats while adhering to brand voice and guidelines
• Support localized and franchise-specific messaging needs while maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborate with the Brand Manager, Designers, and cross-functional partners on integrated campaigns and initiatives
• Revise and iterate copy based on feedback, performance insights, and testing results
• Apply and support the maintenance of messaging frameworks and tone-of-voice standards
• Support go-to-market launches and franchise onboarding materials
Job Requirements
- 2–4+ years of professional copywriting experience in a marketing or brand environment
- Experience writing for digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and manage deadlines
- Hospitality, franchise, or multi-location business experience preferred
