• ensure account service delivery meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations • utilize customer service skills and established processes • analyze key pieces of information and determine appropriate course of action • collaborate with underwriters, corporate resources, and global teams • ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met • process various underwriting transactions and requests • correspond with brokers for information at Underwriter’s request • coordinate services with other services units as needed • handle other duties and special projects as assigned
