• Support seamless provider journeys across onboarding, content discovery, and course enrollment. • Design experiences that help providers understand and retain clinical knowledge, stay motivated over time, and apply learning with confidence. • Go beyond a single surface by creating the connective tissue between Academy and the broader Fullscript product ecosystem, ensuring context carries across experiences and learning naturally transitions into action. • Lead nimble, iterative UX research and testing to validate ideas, experiment with interaction patterns and information architecture, and refine solutions in a fast-moving environment. • Translate user insights, behavioral data, and product strategy into clear, thoughtful design direction. • Partner closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality, well-documented designs, adapt to technical constraints, and collaboratively refine scope and solutions. • Collaborate with clinicians and content leaders to shape new educational formats, deeply understand learning objectives, and design experiences that reduce complexity while preserving clinical nuance. • Contribute to scalable patterns that maintain clarity, credibility, and consistency across Academy.
