• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale, multi-project initiatives • Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, schedules, and deliverables • Coordinate dependencies and resources across multiple concurrent projects • Drive program-level decision-making and issue resolution • Manage program budgets $1M+ • Track and report on financial performance, forecasting, and variance analysis • Develop business cases and ROI justifications for program investments • Present program status, risks, and recommendations to C-suite executives • Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports • Lead cross-functional project teams without direct reporting authority • Proactively identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies • Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and best practices
