• Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across new features, enhancements, and platform releases • Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks to improve reliability, coverage, and release velocity • Partner cross-functionally with developers, product managers, designers, and infrastructure teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing QA insights during sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews • Own regression testing strategy and release validation across environments and deployments • Validate backward compatibility and ensure consistent functionality across versions and production configurations • Ensure browser and device compatibility across supported environments • Evaluate system integrations and complex customer workflows across interacting product features • Perform performance, scale, load, and security testing to identify risks and bottlenecks • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable releases • Triage defects, manage bug tracking, and partner with engineering to drive timely resolution • Define and monitor quality metrics, providing visibility into product health and release readiness • Provide mentorship, establish testing best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
