• Own the Service Strategy & Roadmap • Lead the vision, strategy, and long-term evolution of assigned fleet services • Build and execute a roadmap aligned to company growth and profitability objectives • Own full-service performance, including financial outcomes and value creation • Increase service adoption, utilization, and attach rates in partnership with Sales and Client Experience • Own KPIs, unit economics, margins, and forecasting • Develop business cases to support investment, pricing, or operational changes • Identify service delivery gaps and lead scalable process and technology improvements • Leverage data, automation, and connected capabilities to optimize performance • Ensure services deliver measurable client impact while meeting cost and quality targets • Act as the central point of coordination from concept through execution • Partner with Operations, Technology, Finance, Strategic Sourcing, and external vendors • Manage third-party providers, pricing structures, and SLAs • Drive change management and adoption across the organization
