• Undertake the full implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 including business analysis and requirement gathering • Lead customer-client workshops • Advise and instruct the customer on Microsoft Dynamics D365 Project Operations solution • Produce appropriate documentation according to project methodology • Ensure the implementation is correctly configured and customized • Design modifications that allow customers to perform identified procedures • Present to customers at all levels • Communicate progress updates • Train end users and provide on-going support
