• Maintain, develop and distribute enterprise reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key business metrics. • Build scalable processes, tools, and reporting frameworks that enhance visibility, alignment, and decision-making across the business. • Collaborate with various stakeholder groups, including Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance, and the Sales Leadership Team, to gather reporting requirements and ensure data integrity. • Monitor and improve reporting tools and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy with a bias of automating the current manual Excel-based reporting suite to automated PowerBI reporting. • Train and support end-users on reporting tools and processes. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Mentor Trade Analyst to advance knowledge of trade spending strategy.
