Job Description

• Provide technical guidance and leadership • Oversee project scheduling and resource planning • Develop talent through mentorship • Act as the point-of-contact between your engineering team and both internal and external customers • Perform mechanical systems design and/or equipment procurement and construction activities • Support the BWRX-300 certification processes for GE Products • Conduct component and product integration • Participate in all activities that span multiple components and systems • Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow down • Drive validation and verification activities for the overall product/system

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or other relevant Engineering degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an Engineering role
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical system design activities including development of process flow diagrams, thermodynamic and heat/fluid flow transfer calculations, engineering specifications, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear plant modifications, new construction, and/or nuclear fabrication, preferably with BWRs
