• Be a subject matter expert in the manufacturing process from raw material to finished goods and cost of sales. • Perform analytics throughout the month on cost of sales, absorption, PPV, and other metrics to ensure timing and accuracy of standards and gross margins. • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of product cost data; assist with close activities as needed. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze cost accounting data and provide insights to drive business decisions. • Lead matrixed team of accountants in a global organization. • Delegate process improvement projects, documentation, ad-hoc analysis, and support them in close by reviewing and approving month end close journal entries. • Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, internal controls, procedures, and regulatory requirements (administer/maintenance of protected health information). • Establish inventory policies and processes and continuously improve inventory management practices. • Assist cost accounting and manufacturing team in setup of manufacturing bill of materials (BOMs) and routings. • Assist FP&A with product cost related information and modeling for forecast refreshes.
