Job Description

• Help grow and implement the company's data use and risk mitigation strategies. • Deliver transparency around the principles of data use and sharing. • Work on problems of diverse scope and complexity with high visibility. • Drive enterprise-wide strategy for responsible data use and risk mitigation. • Ensure data and AI-enabled systems are used securely, ethically, and in compliance. • Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of policies and governance frameworks. • Partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and compliance to safeguard information assets.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience (7 years minimum) in enterprise data governance, data risk management, and compliance within a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of data classification, data lifecycle management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-wide governance frameworks and policies.
Experience navigating regulatory requirements and internal controls related to data use (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
