Job Description

• Our agents provide customers with valuable, in-depth, and personalized term and permanent life insurance information, along with the convenience of handling everything right over the phone. • No cold call or prospecting, our potential customer call us directly or request quotes online. • Your role involves conducting suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products. • Agents can potentially earn over 100k in their first year, and we support your success through company paid licensing and comprehensive product and sales training! • You demonstrate your success as a top performer with a strong work ethic and swiftly establish rapport with clients and address objections. • You are on a fast track to achieve monthly production goals while articulating our value proposition and adopting a consultative approach. • You take action in building product knowledge to build success in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
  • Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training)
