Job Description

• Identify Treasury technology projects and drive to completion, whether related to the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) or other technology • Support and execute on strategic banking projects to simplify Treasury operations and banking footprint • Maintain oversight of cash liquidity and positions • Drive global cash repatriation process, working with Tax, Legal, and Controllers. • Manage reporting and communication around program status and results • Develop and document treasury policies and procedures that support efficient business operations, while maintaining a strong internal control environment • Support other reporting (intercompany debt, free cash flow, interest expense, quarterly reporting, etc.) and Treasury capital programs as needed • Support all treasury functions on an as-needed basis. • Provide audit support • When critical issues arise, unravel sequence of events and propose go-forward solution / process changes with internal teams / banks as appropriate • Provide backup support for various team members when required • Lead, mentor and develop other Treasury team members

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in cash management, treasury operations, or financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of Kyriba or similar treasury workstation required with proficiency in forecasting tools
  • Knowledge of an array of Treasury areas strongly preferred – Cash Management, Risk Management, Financial Instruments, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced data analysis skills using Excel
