Job Description

• Own the entire lifecycle of company and team offsite meetings, from ideation and goal-setting to logistics, vendor management, budget oversight, and post-event reporting. • Manage key employee experience moments; including milestone celebrations, recognition initiatives, and offboarding processes that leave a lasting positive impression. • Develop and execute programs that reinforce Trail of Bits' unique culture, supporting our values of collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing across a distributed workforce. • Create opportunities for employees to connect and build relationships, including virtual events, team-building activities, wellness programs, and community-building initiatives. • Serve as a collaborative partner to the broader People Operations team, providing backup and support for core HR functions including benefits administration, leave management, employee inquiries, and other people processes as needed. • Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, travel partners, venues, and other vendors to ensure high-quality experiences while managing costs effectively.

Job Requirements

4+ years of experience in employee experience, employee engagement, internal events, HR, or a similar people-focused role, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment.
Proven track record of planning and executing in-person and virtual events, team offsites, or company gatherings for distributed teams.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you're comfortable partnering with leaders at all levels and building relationships across a remote organization.
Data-informed mindset with experience gathering employee feedback and translating insights into actionable improvements.
Familiarity with remote work tools (Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, and more).
Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and takes initiative.
