• Become a subject matter expert in HubSpot’s revenue recognition processes, working directly with Finance & Accounting to understand current policies and influence how they evolve as the business scales • Own the vision and execution for HubSpot’s revenue recognition platform, including managing our third-party vendor and leading engineering efforts for system integrations • Partner with engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable integrations across billing, ERP, and downstream financial systems • Ensure data quality, system performance, and a strong internal user experience across revenue-related workflows • Use data to surface insights, identify problems, and drive improvements aligned with company-level goals • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where revenue systems sit at the center of major strategic initiatives
