Job Description
• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children
• Utilize therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of the client
• Attend to relational ethics while collaborating with interdisciplinary team and families
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers
• Comply with clinic policies and regulations fostering adherence to standards of care
• Maintain documentation and communication in line with legal, ethical, and company standards
Job Requirements
- master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field
- current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within clinical domain
- well-grounded and knowledgeable in various psychotherapy treatment approaches including cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy
- 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences
