Job Description

• Provide leadership supporting transition and execution readiness following contract award. • Support development of integrated program governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks. • Provide guidance for agile delivery, sprint execution, and cross-functional team integration. • Support the development of project schedules, risk management plans, and operational delivery models. • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC), CDC governance requirements, and NIST/NICE workforce standards. • Support coordination across multidisciplinary teams, including developers, architects, cybersecurity engineers, and data scientists.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience managing large federal IT or informatics programs.
Demonstrated experience supporting CDC, NIOSH, or other HHS agency IT modernization initiatives.
Experience managing multi-application IT portfolios, data initiatives, or shared services implementations.
Experience supporting federal IT governance frameworks, including EPLC, NIST, and FISMA compliance.
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams supporting application development, data management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing or supporting capture and proposal development efforts.
Proven experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
Experience supporting IT modernization, cloud transformation, or enterprise application portfolio management initiatives.
Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
Limited travel expected to CDC locations as required for capture activities, customer engagement, or program transition support.
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
