• Support McWane EHS function for EHS Systems Management, Compliance, and Metrics. • Ensure risk management processes are applied and facilitate development of actionable solutions. • Collaborate with and aid McWane facilities on all environmental and related issues. • Manage issues and concerns brought up by stakeholders or divisions to ensure systems provide accurate data for EHS metrics and other regulatory reporting requirements. • Develop and publish periodic goals and objectives for the company based on working with leadership requirements. • Create data-driven reports and presentations for management, documenting compliance to relevant EHS regulations. • Provide the mentorship and assistance to assigned McWane facilities on: Management Systems and Continuous Improvement, Incident Investigations, Communications between corporate and assigned facilities, Inspections and Audits, Regulatory and Technical Assistance, Staffing and Recruiting, Training and Mentoring, Development of training manuals/modules.
