Job Description

• Own and evolve the enterprise platforms roadmap, balancing scalability, reliability, and revenue impact • Define system boundaries, integration patterns, and long-term platform direction in partnership with Engineering and Architecture • Translate complex business and technical problems into clear product requirements and a prioritized backlog • Define and drive usage-based and transactional billing data flows, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting • Partner closely with Engineering to design scalable, resilient solutions and make informed technical tradeoffs • Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, RevOps, and Customer teams • Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager
  • Experience working deeply with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, billing, or systems of record
  • Hands-on experience with usage-based or transactional billing in a SaaS environment
  • Understanding of data models, APIs, and system-to-system integrations
  • Ability to partner effectively with engineers and guide technical tradeoffs
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working through ambiguity
  • Nice to have: experience supporting usage-based or hybrid pricing models
  • Nice to have: exposure to data warehouses and analytics workflows
  • Nice to have: experience supporting cloud migrations from on-premise systems
  • Nice to have: background in regulated or compliance-heavy SaaS environments
