Job Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years of deep SQL Server expertise.
- Expert knowledge of OLTP/OLAP systems, ETL/ELT patterns, replication, and enterprise database architecture.
- Strong Python proficiency with solid OOP principles and experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow).
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DataOps best practices.
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows and automated testing (unit and integration).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira or similar tools.
- Demonstrated adaptability and interest in AI-driven engineering and cloud-native database strategies.
