Job Description
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of HR leadership experience, with 7+ years leading global compensation and benefits functions
- Deep expertise across global compensation, executive compensation, equity strategy, benefits, wellbeing, and sales compensation
- Experience partnering directly with CEOs, CFOs, Boards, and Compensation Committees
- Familiarity with public-company governance (proxy filings, CD&A narratives, say-on-pay strategy) or equivalent advisory exposure
- Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end Total Rewards integration for M&A transactions
- Strong analytical and operational capabilities, including program design, forecasting, and decision-support modeling
- A track record of building or modernizing rewards programs in high-growth or complex global environments
- Experience leading and scaling multi-disciplinary teams
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences
- High judgment, discretion, and the ability to influence across all levels of leadership
- A builder’s mindset — strategic, creative, and comfortable operating in both high-altitude and hands-on modes
