• Build and maintain a global network of language/non-language/subject matter experts professionals, ensuring talent availability. • Manage full vendor lifecycle including recruitment, negotiations, assessments, and onboarding. • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with vendors, acting as the primary point of contact. • Establish processes and best practices for negotiating contracts and pricing. • Partner with Sales/Solution, as needed, to evaluate external supplier rate cards and provide data on pricing. • Collaborate with Production teams to align vendor capabilities with project requirements. • Coordinate with Accounting to resolve invoicing, payment, and financial queries. • Collaborate with HR in local geos to ensure compliance and documentation. • Support internal audits related to vendor management. • Work on multiple talent platforms to recruit vendors as per project requirement. • Build expertise on platform and talent management.
