• Create and evolve developer documentation for Plaid’s APIs – writing new content, and improving clarity, accuracy, and usability of existing content. • Design and build sample applications, demos, and tutorial videos that demonstrate the benefits of integrating with Plaid’s APIs and the best practices to use during integrations. • Improve and maintain developer-facing resources, including the Postman collection, documentation website, and other assets. • Serve as the developer’s advocate, working with our developer community and translating external developer needs into actionable product and documentation insights for internal teams. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ensure Plaid delivers a best-in-class developer experience and to build solutions that engage, activate, and onboard new developers at scale.
