• Set and elevate the design standard for enterprise digital products across EWI-managed web experiences. • Translate product strategy, user needs, and brand vision into intuitive, accessible, and high-fidelity design solutions. • Ensure digital experiences maintain consistent visual design, interaction patterns, accessibility, and content hierarchy. • Support the end-to-end product design process—from discovery and concepting through design, validation, and launch. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define requirements, scope solutions, and resolve complex design challenges. • Champion user-centered design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
