Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of financial analysis or related business experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using BI/reporting tools
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Advanced Excel skills, including creating macros; experience with PowerBI or similar platforms
- Ability to independently solve complex problems with a quantitative approach
- Strong communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Experience working with Workday or Adaptive Planning (preferred)
- Familiarity with operational finance, customer service analytics, and performance reporting (preferred)
