Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
- 2+ years of experience as a BDR Manager in a B2B SaaS environment with a passion for training, coaching, and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment, while carrying a personal quota
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas targeting the Upper Mid-Market/Enterprise segment
- Expert-level proficiency in cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to US, UK, Australia, or New Zealand companies in English
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM and sales software (HubSpot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, etc.).
- Ideally, experience prospecting to CIO, CISO, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Privacy Officer
- Ideally, knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, GDPR, and CCPA
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Level C1-C2)
- Ability and willingness to work ET hours (till 4 pm)
