• Drive execution : Develop and implement a tiered Strategist model for different customer segments and advertising channels. • Ensure consistent adoption of best practices and frameworks by Strategists that drive channel performance. • Partner with Customer Success leaders to evolve the model for how Strategists and Customer Success Managers collaborate to serve Quartile’s clients • Build and lead team : Hire, develop, and retain high-performing Strategist teams. • Establish clear career paths, learning opportunities, and performance frameworks • Operational Excellence : Build systems and processes to track performance, trends, and health of each channel. • Partner with Customer Success, Product, RevOps, and Center of Excellence teams to ensure effective execution • Align across functions : Bring learnings and feedback in each channel to internal teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Executive Leadership to drive better business outcomes
