Job Requirements
- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning
- Deep understanding of transformers and modern LLM architectures
- Hands on experience building agent based systems with tool calling and orchestration
- Experience with embeddings, vector search, and retrieval systems
- Proficiency in PyTorch or similar ML frameworks
- Strong data structures and algorithms fundamentals
- Solid system design and distributed systems knowledge
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience designing scalable APIs and backend systems
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Strong problem solving and structured thinking
- Ability to balance technical depth with business impact
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
- High ownership mindset and bias for execution
- Comfort working in fast paced and ambiguous environments
- Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Experience working in a consulting or client delivery environment
- Experience leading small technical workstreams or mentoring junior engineers
