• Lead a distributed team of 5–8 Forward Deployed Engineers. • Serve as the technical and strategic escalation point for FDEs. • Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly planning sessions, and regular 1:1s. • Define quality standards for FDE operations. • Manage critical technical escalations. • Hands-on implementation of new AI agent use cases. • Lead the implementation of Lili Analyze use cases. • Diagnose and resolve complex issues. • Ensure correct integration of APIs, webhooks, and systems. • Coordinate maintenance windows and releases. • Support FDEs in client interactions. • Identify opportunities for expansion. • Support contract renewals. • Define client-specific KPIs. • Translate feedback into actionable requirements. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams. • Coordinate with external vendors. • Maintain up-to-date operational documentation.
